Our menu honours the Isle of Man’s rich history, where farmers often doubled as fishermen, intertwining the island’s agricultural and maritime traditions. Each dish celebrates the land and sea, showcasing locally sourced ingredients—from grass-fed meats and farm-grown vegetables to the freshest seafood. By drawing on the island's dual heritage, we offer a taste of the past, honouring the resourcefulness and craftsmanship of those who have long shaped the Isle of Man’s identity. Starter: Like a Kipper
Kipper Smoked Red Mie Farm Loaghtan Lamb Croquettes, smoked by Devereau & Sons kipper smoker. Served with Little Fish Cafe Tartare Sauce and Manx Samphire. Bringing together two of the Island's most famous exports in a unique way to show off the best of Manx land and sea.

Red Mie Farm - Red Mie Farm, located in Ballaugh on the Isle of Man, is a family-run smallholding managed by Stuart and Ruth Meade. The farm offers a variety of products and experiences, focusing on sustainable and ethical farming practices. The farm produces and sells a range of fresh, seasonal products, including free-range hen, duck, and goose eggs, as well as Manx Loaghtan lamb. Additionally, they offer fresh vegetable box deliveries, providing the local community with access to sustainably grown produce.
Devereau & Sons - Devereau's is a renowned kipper curing business located on the Isle of Man, with a rich history dating back to its establishment in 1884 by the Devereau family. In 1972, after years of dedicated service, Peter Canipa acquired the business, and it has since remained under the stewardship of the Canipa family. Over the years, Devereau's has expanded to operate two kipper shops and a modern curing factory situated near the harbour in Peel
Noa - Noa Bakery is a family-run artisan sourdough bakery, coffee roaster, and café founded in 2013 and located in the heart of Douglas. Noa collaborates with over 20 local suppliers to offer a diverse menu featuring breakfast, brunch, lunch, and evening pizzas. The café also serves as a community hub, hosting events such as art exhibitions, pop-up food nights, and public gatherings
Isle of Man Creamery - Isle of Man Creamery is a cooperative of 28 family-owned dairy farms established in 1934 on the Isle of Man. These farms supply fresh, grass-fed milk used to produce a variety of dairy products, including milk, cheese, butter, and cream. The cows graze in the island's lush fields for an average of 200 days annually, ensuring high-quality, grass-fed dairy products.
Henley Shellfish - Henley Shellfish, a family-run business on the Isle of Man, is pioneering sustainable seafood harvesting through their innovative "Disco Scallops" initiative. This method employs LED lights within specially designed pots to attract and capture king scallops, offering an eco-friendly alternative to traditional dredging techniques. This approach not only minimizes seabed disruption but also ensures the highest quality catch.
Ballakelly Farm - Ballakelly Farm, located in Andreas in the north of the Isle of Man, has been operated by the Teare family for five generations. Spanning over 500 acres of grass and arable land, the farm raises pigs, sheep, and cows, producing 100% home-grown pork, beef, and lamb. In 2016, Ballakelly Farm expanded to include an online and mobile butcher's shop, offering high-quality meat products directly to consumers through markets and doorstep delivery. They also provide outdoor catering services. In recognition of their commitment to sustainability, Ballakelly Farm became the first farming business to gain UNESCO Biosphere Isle of Man accreditation. Bry Rad's Fresh Veg Shed is a local produce provider on the Isle of Man, operated by Bryan Radcliffe. Situated near Andreas, the farm cultivates over 25 varieties of vegetables and fruits, emphasizing traditional farming methods to ensure fresh, flavourful, and seasonal produce. Their offerings include multiple potato varieties, spinach, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, leeks, beetroots, onions, and more. Additionally, they supply free-range eggs, Manx honey, rhubarb, strawberries, blackcurrants, and gooseberries
Foraging Vintners – Foraging Vintners is a craft winery located in Port Erin on the Isle of Man, established in 2017. Specializing in non-grape-based sparkling wines, ciders, ginger beer, and apple fortified wine, the winery emphasizes the use of locally sourced ingredients to create unique flavour profiles. The winery is known for its commitment to eco-friendly methods and showcases what can grow on the island through their diverse beverage offerings.
Gellings Eggs - Gellings Free Range Eggs, established in 2004, is a family-run farm located at Gellings Farm, Baldrine. Owned and operated by Mark Baines and Tracey Gelling, the farm produces approximately 30,000 free-range eggs weekly. Their hens roam freely outdoors, and all eggs are packed on-site to ensure freshness and quality
Manx Honey - Manx honey is celebrated for its purity and distinctive flavours, a testament to the Isle of Man's unique environment and the dedication of its beekeepers. The island's bees are particularly special due to the absence of the Varroa mite, a common pest that has affected honeybee populations worldwide. This disease-free status allows Manx bees to thrive without the need for chemical treatments, resulting in healthier colonies and high-quality honey. Ours is supplied by a small producer who happens to be a loyal customer.
Isle of Man Salt Co. - The Isle of Man Salt Co. is a sustainable producer of hand-harvested sea salt, founded by Helen in 2021. The company crafts artisanal sea salt products using renewable energy sources, harnessing the power of the sun and wind to evaporate seawater. The Isle of Man Salt Co. produces its sea salt in small batches, naturally drying the salt in poly-tunnels in the South of the island
The Fynoderee Distillery - A partner business of UNESCO Biosphere Isle of Man, their ethos is to operate in a way which protects natural resources. Founded in 2017 by Paul and Tiffany Kerruish, they have gone on to win multiple awards for their spirits.
Robinsons - Robinsons is a family-owned business that has been serving the Isle of Man community since 1886. Originally starting as a small market stall, it has grown into a leading organisation offering a wide range of products and services to consumers and businesses. Their Fish Market specialises in locally caught fish, shellfish, and a wide variety of smoked fish from their on-site smokehouse and they play an integral role in the food producer ecosystem.
